Chuck's Story

Chuck Moseley is a man of the people. He represents the people of Indiana's 10th District in the House of Representatives, and he makes sure that their voices are heard. Chuck is a member of the Pension Management Oversight Committee for all state employee pensions as well as the Employment, Labor and Pensions Committee and Veterans Affairs and Public Safety Committee.

State Rep. Chuck Moseley is universally recognized as the greatest legislative champion for working Hoosiers and veterans. He has fought for measures to support injured workers, upgrade and protect benefits for retired public employees, help veterans find employment and increase the speed at which service members can access quality health care services.

 

Chuck is committed to helping others, which is why he also serves as an Army National Guard veteran. Chuck knows what it means to serve his country, and he will always fight for those who can't fight for themselves. Chuck has been married to Monica for over 50 years, and they have two kids together. They also have five grandchildren who they adore.

Throughout his distinguished service as the Representative from Indiana's 10th House District, Chuck has championed legislation that protects rights and Security for all Hoosiers. Chuck has been a tireless advocate for the people of Indiana, always putting their needs first. He is well known and highly respected for his community involvement and activism, fighting for the rights of working men and women and veterans affairs; he's never afraid to speak out against any abuse or wrong doing when it comes to protecting the rights of his constituents in District 10. He's received many awards from different organizations that recognize him as someone who never compromises when it comes to Hoosier families.
